Tyumen Oil Refinery (a branch of RUSINVEST) has joined the administration’s New Year’s project to decorate the regional capital. TNPZ purchased and installed glowing figures of Christmas trees, gifts, balloons, hares, and fawns near the monument to Andrey Tekutyev.

– We were glad to become a participant of this campaign, to congratulate Tyumen residents on the New Year, to contribute to the festive improvement of our beloved city. Productive interaction with the administration of Leninsky AO and the administration of Tyumen confirms the high level of trust, cooperation and involvement of the enterprise in the cultural space of the regional capital, “said Irina Samarina, General Director of RUSINVEST LLC.

Every year, the largest enterprises are invited to participate in the decoration of Tyumen. Improvement of public spaces is a priority area for the development of a comfortable urban environment and is one of the points of interaction between business and local governments.

In addition, the Tyumen Oil Refinery took part in the charity event “Miracles on the eve of December”. 114 New Year’s gifts were handed over to the House of Social Rehabilitation of Families and Children “Borki”.

Tyumen Oil Refinery awarded best employees

Solemn events dedicated to the Day of Oil and Gas Industry Workers were held at the Antipinsky Oil Refinery (a branch of RUSINVEST). On the eve of the professional holiday, the company opened a new Board of Honor and awarded the winners of the factory review competition “Best by Profession”.

– There are many excellent traditions in the oil industry. One of them is the opening of the Board of Honor. I am sincerely happy for those who became the winners of the updated Honor Roll. These are people who have worked honestly and selflessly at the plant for many years, and have always remained dedicated to their work. At the same time, I am sure that high results can only be achieved in a team. I once again express my gratitude to the entire staff of the plant for their professional work and conscientious attitude to work – ” Viktor Belyakov, Director of the Branch, addressed the team.

Anton Mashukov, Director of the Department of Investment Policy and State Support for Entrepreneurship of the Tyumen Region, and Sergey Medvedev, a deputy of the Tyumen Regional Duma, came to congratulate the factory workers. They emphasized the importance of the enterprise for the regional economy and noted the high contribution of the TNPZ team to ensuring the country’s energy security.

– The plant had to go through a very difficult period in its history, overcome serious difficulties. I am confident that the new management of the enterprise and its staff will be able to achieve new production successes, solve issues related to increasing production volumes and developing new types of products, and solve complex problems of import substitution. Thanks to the professionalism, hard work and responsible attitude of the employees of the Tyumen Oil Refinery, our region receives products that are vital for enterprises and the population, the stability of the social and economic development of the Tyumen Region and the well-being of its residents are ensured, ” said Sergey Medvedev.

As part of the festive event, 15 employees of the Tyumen Oil Refinery were awarded Letters of Thanks from the Investment Policy Department, and another 5 employees received a commendation from the deputy of the Tyumen Regional Duma.
